Dayana Amador, Department of Sustainability The person in charge of the area of Quality, Competitiveness and Sustainability of COOPRENA. Coaches and guides initiatives of Community-based Rural Tourism (CRT) on implementing Environmental Management Programs (CST- PBAE) and formalization processes with the ICT (Tourism Declaration and Tourism Contract). Coordinates and manages the training programs on a national level directed to initiatives of CRT. Graduate of the National University SRCH, in Business Administration in Sustainable Tourism and Project Management at the Technological Institute of Costa Rica. She has five years of experience in Sustainable Tourism and two years in Community-based Rural Tourism. Passionate about the protection and rational use of natural resources and human rights. She is a young woman who thanks God for all the blessings in her life. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her little nephew, and she likes the music of National artists such as Malpaís and Guadalupe Urbina. She enjoys going to the movies, CRT and spending time with her friends.
